Default 86 4 cylinder add-ons??

i just bought an 86 4 cylinder mustang, it was only 200 bucks, so i don't want to put a whole lot of money in it, but it will be used only for racing. so is there any cheap and easy things to do to this engine?? what kind of power is it rated at?? eventually it will probably get a 302 after some other improvements. thanks for any suggestions...
