94 V6 Rolls Over But Won't Fire

Hi, I just got a 94 V6 3.8ltr Mustang from a buddy of mine. The Car Didn't Work when i recieved it. Its Rolling Over and appears to be getting adaquite Spark, and i sprayed some quick start into the intake but it backfired out of the intake. It Sounds every so often when its turning over like its trying to start and almost catches but then just doesn't start. Any Ideas on how to Fix this, I havn't even gotten to drive this car yet and I really want to. I Used to have an 83 Mustang GT 5.0. Plz Help A.S.A.P.

Also the Spark Plug Gaps are at 50 thou. and it says 52 under the hood.
