Default '99 V-6 intake swap

Got a question:
Is there anyone out there who has yet attempted to bolt a '99 V-6 Stang/V-6 Windstar split-port intake manifold onto a '94-'98 V-6 Mustang? I've read a little about it, and know that it'll take some work, like heavy modding and machining, but if it can be done, I'd like to know. Any input would be most appreciated. Thank's everyone.
