Default Backfire thru intake

I recently installed a new tps, Accel coil,FMS 9MM wires cap and rotor.TPS adjusted @.95 volts. Under low load I am getting a backfire thru intake. Anyone have any suggestions.

Separate the plug wires going to cylinders #5 & #6, so that they aren't touching at all, from the distributor cap all the way to the plugs.
