Default Best bang for my buck.

HI. i am new here so please bare with me if some of my questions have been asked a thousand times over. I have a blue 95 3.8 litre mustang that has never been winter driven. I bought this vehicle right out of the show room and it currently has 70,000 k on it. The car is in mint condition. I put dual dynamacs exhaust on it last summer and i have a k&n air filter on it as well. Would i be further ahead if i were to put a racing/performance cam shaft in it as opposed the following mods.- CAI,373 gears, pulleys, super chip. Can you tell me what the cost and HP that i can expect to gain.
