brake problems ???
Hey guys,
When I brake hard, most noticable around 40mph, my front end shudders. Sometimes when i brake, the car pulls slightly to the left. So, are my rotors warped, calipers sticking, or something entirely different? Thanks, Roland

yep, sounds like your rotors are a little toasted.
heat can warp them, as well as incorrect torqueing of the wheel lugs (like when some moron at a shop blaps the air gun on them). if there is enough meat left and runout is not excessive, you can turn them. if not, i think new ones are cheap (stock replacements). good luck. |
