Default need cheap performance parts for the engine

Please tell me some parts that I can do to my engine that will not cost me a lot???

underdrive pullies, exhaust, ram air system.
Depends on what price you think as costing lots?

87 GT T-roof (needs paint) lol, rebuilt motor and trans, AOD - stage 2 shift kit, 3.73 gears - auburn posi, Dynomax Super Turbo Cat Back, FRPP 155lph fuel pump, K&N filter - air silencer removed, subframe connectors, strut tower brace.

Cost wise gasket matching and porting is very inexpensive if you do it yourself because most of it is just time consuming, and the cost is bits/gaskets/sandpaper rolls. A cold air induction system, underdrive pulleys, short belt (bypass some accessories), mass airflow sensor, throttle body/egr spacer, roller rocker arms, exhaust system are all fairly "budget" oriented. most of these things are under $250. there's alot of other things as well.
what's your budget, and do you only want to improve your engine, or just acceleration in general?
