Question So what kinds of things should I expect to start going wrong....

I bought a 98 V-6 coupe recently and it has 79,000 miles on it. It runs perfect, it was 'ford certified' before I bought it, serviced, etc. But I wonder what kinds of things are going to start going wrong soon? Can someone speak from experience? Just want to be prepared LOL
