Post Camming

Looking for any information on camshaft selection for my 2.3/5speed mustang. 95% highway driving at 75 mph at 2500-3000 rpm with an occaisional 1000 lb. trailer in tow. Compitition cams has several to choose from. Has anyone had any experience with these or others? Tired of slowing down to 60 mph going uphill but don't wish to add a turbo or do a V8 swap.
