![]() Hello All. I'm sure someone has asked this before and I know that cutting springs is not recomended. But can I cut my stock springs on my 1989 2.3l mustang and have them still fit or seat properly into my stock suspension. I'm thinking of around 1.5 to 2 inch drop. It's difficult to find lowering springs for a 2.3l mustang here in Canada. I don't want to ship springs half way around the world $$$ for my rusty beater. Although I like my rust bucket. I don't plan on racing it. My motivation is purely looks.
I don't want the car to be dangerous as it's a daily driver. THANKS! ![]() |
