Yeah, around 1000 to 3000 depending on year and state of wreck. Now, this is a very timeconsuming switch and you will need EVERYTHING. If you have other transportation it can be a fun project. But if you dont, or dont want to go though EFI you can switch it to a carb setup as well. Also you may whant to consider emmission testing where you live. Your curruent VIN is for a 4 CY and that is what they may test for(even if you have all related Equipment hooked up from the 5.0). Unless you are attached to your car, I say sell it for what you can get out of it and just buy a 5.0. You will save time and can get one cheep if you are looking in the right places. Me and me brother were at the track a few weeks ago and someone was selling a 89lx 5.0 5sp for 1900$!! We bought it 2 hours latter. All it needs is a panit job and a tuneup. No tears in the seats, nothing wrong! Just look around, Im sure one will turn up
