Default Engine swap from 2.3l to 5.0l, How tough is this job?

I have a 1992 Mustang LX with a 2.3l 4 cyl in it. The car is rear wheel drive. So i was thinking about replacing the eng + trans and possibly the rear. I can't stand having no power. I wanted to know how tough this would be and what i would need to accomplish this task.

My other question is, Does anyone know what size gas tank this car has so i can judge my approximate MPG?

Thanks in advance for any answers i receive.

Chris
