Default Headlight trouble on an '84

I'm new hear and new to Mustangs, I own an ex-brown (black when I got it) '84 Notch 3.8l that I traded a '75 VW bug for and while its a good car the passengers headlight either dosen't work or its real dim, is there an easy way to fix this? Whoever had the car before me threw in a newer radio but I dunno where to hook the wires up to.
