Question Idle

I have an '86 2.3l and it's idle is changing from anywhere between 750 RPM to 3000 RPM. When it is idleing at 3000 RPM I can give it a shot of gas and it will go down a bit but not to 750 where it is suppose to be.
Also
I think my car is running to high of a fuel to air mixture how can this be fixed?

Thanks

Could be your idle air, tps, maybe a vac line for the idle. As for a/f, exaughst sensor.
