Post Power falling off around 3500-3800RPM,Bad fuel pump?

I have had a power loose problem with my stang for about 9 months now.I believe the problem is the fuel pump.At around 3500-3800 the car stops pulling hard.I got 3.73 gears a few months ago and I thought they were making my car slow.I had the fuel pressure checked once ,but I think that was a idle not at higher revs.Does this sound like a fuel pump going bad?I have done a major tune-up already.Yes, I changed the fuel filter if you want to know. The pump is not making any noise either.
