Question Another Mass Air Question

Yes another mass air conversion question! When converting to mass air from speed density on an 87gt 5 sp. Can any computer from an 89-93 5 sp be used or does it have to be an A9L?

Thanks
Paul

You do not have to use a A9L. People just like them the best because it is said to have the best fuel and timing curves. Even if it does it is not something that you would notice. Also, some people say that you can't use a computer out of a AOD car. This is not true I am doing it right now with out a single problem.
