Angry Overheating problem!!!

I have a 1995 3.8L V6 convertible with an overheating problem. It will idle all day long but hen you start to drive it quickly overheats. I have recently had the radiator and thermostat replaced. The head gaskets were replaced about a month ago per the Ford recall. There is flow within the cooling system. The top radiator hose gets hot and the bottom one is not as hot. Help? Any ideas from all you experts?
