when i went to get my tires rotated and balanced the mechanic said i had a shock hanging down in the rear left...does this make sense? my car always bottoms out going over bumps. i have HAL shocks from the previous owner. any clue as to how much it would cost me to get this fixed?

Get fixed probly not much to put new ones on could get aroun $200.
