stick shift vibrations in 2000 3.8l Mustang

I was testdriving a 2000 V6 22000 miles Mustang, and noticed that that when I change the gear to neutral it slightly vibrates for a while than stops after around 5 secs. Is it normal or some kind of early indications that there is something wrong going in gearbox or clutch?

I've driven a few of those newer V6 mustangs and all the ones that i've driven do that. I THINK it's because they have soft motor/trans mounts to isolate the shaky V6 under the hood and they vibrate a little when the engine decelerates and rocks on the mounts, if this car has a noticably large shake you may want to check the actual motor mounts for damage, though.
