Re: i need a 4 cylinder cold air intake

what i did when i had a fuel injected mustang was to remove the intake air muffler between the air box and throttle body (hard plastic thing that's larger and round) and replace it with pipe, pvc or metal pipe will work. also take out the air box and remove the air inlet tubing and cut open the air box around the area (not toward the engine side). You won't be able to find a cold air kit for 2.3L mustangs.
Also '96 rangers with the 2.3L have a factory header. You can also get a pacesetter header for it.
