what can be done to a 97 ranger
 

my dad is lookin for some hidden power in his 97 4cy. ranger nothing fancy(turbo or anything).

Remove air-silencer, replace with a more free'r flowing air intake (k&n would work but is $), free'r flowing exaughst, bump timing up, rear-end gears.
