Rough Idle

Ok I thought it would be easier to take a short video of what my engine does when the ac/heater is on when my car is in park. Its almost like the engine freezes for a second and is about to shut down. What could this problem be? Here is the link to the video http://jimeckert.com/carproblem.htm
