Question Why Is My Car Running Rich And Idling Kind Of Rough?

I just got done with the engine on my car, I put on TFS heads, TFS intake etc. I put on a full off-road exhaust so it is gonna smell a little rich but not as much as it should. When the car idles it pretty much shakes the car like if I have a cam in it? I'm running the timing at 16*, FP at 38psi, and TPS .96. WTF could be wrong? I didn't do all of this in one day it took a while I took my time and did things right. My dad noticed something so let me hear if this could be the problem? He noticed a few injectors are higher than the others in the lower. We didn't bother changing the o-rings because they were still good but should we take out the fuel rail and put new ones in? Is there anything else that could be causing this? Thanks

Does it have a "surging idle"? Im not sure what you mean by "rough".

A surging idle is a common problem with these cars and is something a lot of us have learned to live with.
