Default Should I sell my 88 notchback?

I've had it for ten years. It 's still a 2.3 and hasn't ran in a couple of years. but it is a 5 spd car. I was offered $400 right off the bat.
I really don't need the money and its not eating anything just sittin. I hope to one day have a garage of my own and would like to 302 or a 351 windsor in it. I've been thinking about this all weekend and I'm almost 100% on keeping it.

I'd keep it, $400 isn't worth it. Get it running and have a summer cruiser.
