MY check engine light would come on for a while and than shut off for a while. I used a code reader and it would not read it. I finally changed the CAM sensor and it stoped. It is a little peice that has a wire that hooks to one of your little bolts on your coil pack. it runs to the sensor that bolts on your block. two bolts total. The piece is really cheap.
