Are you replacing your aod to a 5spd?
*if you aren't then u need to swap the fly-wheels around (i.e.-put the flywheel from the n/a auto on the 2.3T)

Vaf/vat (Vane air flow/vave air temp. 4 wires)
BCS (boost control solenoid 2 wires, 2 vacuum lines) However this can be by-passed, of course you will need a boost guage.

Well, if you plan on using your aod then yes you need a computer from an auto TC.
