Alot of people including myself have had multiple problems with generic electronics such as IAC/ECTS/TPS/O2's etc...

There have been cases where these parts have also worked fine for awhile...

You say obd shows lean..but which bank is lean?

Have you reset your comper yet or cleared the light in the panel?

Make sure too take off your Neg side batt cable for about 15 minutes too reset the EEC...

Also..Make sure your o2 connectors both of them have no oil on them or take both off and clean with a little carb clean then dry out well..Only do this when they are cold and not warm or hot from driving then check back in and tell us whats going on...
