Default broken bolt

i had just sent my intake out to be ported and such, and when i was removing it one of the bolts (the frontmost drivers side bolt) was rusted and broke off. I dont know what to do, i tried EZ-out, and it could barely scratch the surface. it is sticking out about 2 threads, but since its on an angle the other edge is not out at all and you cant get a hold of it with anything like vice grips. Also it is hard to even get in there to work on it with all the stuff in the way.
What are my options? im about to just look in the phone book for machine shops and have it towed there and have them drill it out.

depending on the bolt, you could weld a peice of metal on it to get it out.

Umm, the EZ-out, drill a guide hole in the bolt first, then use the ez-out on it in a hand tap handle.

Wouldnt hurt to spray the bolt down with some PB Blaster before hand.

If you cant manage to drill the guide hole in the bolt for the EZ-out, you might want to try slotting the exposed portion of the bolt with a cutoff wheel and just use a screwdriver on it (This depends on how much bolt is exposed)
