Seems like the first problem is your friends drive F-bodies. Other than that, SRV1 and Crazy horse summed it up.

Welcome aboard.

no man i just hate car's that are all body kit's - sticker's all over them etc, i respect any car import, or domestic that has all the talk under the hood, i have laughed at many mustang's, sitting at a red light with a scaffold rear wing , fart can muffler, 200 stickers all over it, but if i see a baseiclly stock honda , with factory v-tech badging, - it's cool with me, , if i bought an import it would be a 3000gt i love the body style on them, even if i have raced a couple. cya.

obviously, i don't think all imports are rice........

here is my take, based on personal experiences.......

-on some occasions (maybe 25% of the time), i'll find hard-core domestics guys that truly respect and appreciate imports and the efforts of import drivers

-on most occasions (maybe 66% of the time), i'll find hard-core domestic guys that seem to respect and appreciate imports and the efforts of import drivers on a personal level, but tend to make general statements and stereotypes about imports and import-drivers being "rice"

-on a rare few occasions (roughly the remaing 9% of the time), i'll find hard-core domestic guys that hate imports, treat import drivers disrespectfully, and make up excuses to discredit the efforts of import drivers

Yea, if you look at my Racing Story which is about me vsing a v6 mustang two times, one from a stop and from a roll, the first one applies.

Show or go, I don't support imports, esp asian ones. They are the only ones I can see called rice..

Ofcourse I know some call ~rice~ a car with stickers etc... I do not consider any American car rice. If it has crap on it... then its just plain Domestic Crap, Euro crap etc...

My opinion is formed from a long line of Veterans.
