Post brake pad break in (urgent)

I was wondering what you guys thought the best way to break in new pads is? I'm about to do my brakes now so its kinda urgent.

After you are done your brake job make sure to pump the brake pedal a few times before you drive the car. To break in new break so a bunch of low speed hard stops. Then go a little faster and do the same.
