backfiring through the carb
i have a 83 ford mustang gt and i took all the smog stuff off and changed carbs. now from 800 rpms to 2000 rpms it backfires through the carb i tried different carbs but same thing. i think something is happening inside the intake manifold.

what is the timming at?

my timing is set at 10 degrees advance but i moved the dist. everyway but loose. i pulled the 302 out of a 83 mustang gt and put it in a 83 lx that had a v6. i think i have to change wiring harnesses.
