Default Glue? Is that right?

I have a 2001 Mustang that was hit in the back driver side quarter panel and ever since I had it fixed the brake cable grommet won't stay in place. I took it to the dealer where I waited for 3 hrs for them to fix it. Well, when I got it back all they did was put it back in place, which I have been doing for weeks now. Sure enough the next day it fell again. The dealer said there wasn't much they could do. Maybe glue it back in there. Is this a common problem that I ought to be aware of? Or is it because of the repairs? GLUE!?!?

Well maybe there is a better way to solve it, but if you do end up using glue then 3m makes a plastic emblem adhesive that holds strong??? mayeb that would work, Wal-mart sells is in the auto section for like 3.57
