Default 3.3 Issues

Hey folks..

Just picked up an '81 with a 3.3 inline.. considering the price tag, the fact that it made it home under its own power (after a little coaxing under the hood) tells me I got a good deal.. but it's missing *alot* of power. I understand this motor isn't exactly the most powerful in the world, but it won't make 3 grand at this point, so I'm considering it a little rediculous. One of the previous owners ""worked"" on it.. but.. uhh.. yeah.. wouldn't trust him to tie his shoelaces, much less run a vac system.. so pending my immenent purchase of a chilton's in the next few weeks, if anyone has a vac diagram or some pics of how it's supposed to be routed, or even some ideas on how to get some extra power out of this motor once it's running right, I'd be most appreciative =)
