![]() How thick are your front rotors? Thin rotors will heat up and warp back up in no time flat. Also, hot spots (hardening) can cause a pulsation.
Where did you get your rotors turned? Did they measure them? Chances are i bet your rotors may have been mismachined, are undersize, or have hot spots. If i were you, i'd get a couple new front rotors. If you have a dial indicator you can check lateral runout of the rotor on the car and the specifications should be in most manuals (100% it's in the Ford Shop manual).
