well ive never done an efi swap into a fox body but ive done it in my 68 so i could be of some help

what kind of donor car are you using? (i hope you are gonna use a donor car)
of course you'll need the motor/tranny
new wiring harness, computer, motor mounts
rear end will eventually need to be upgraded
new exhaust system
tranny mount might be the same i dont really know though

you can look at the wiring one of two ways
a) a pain in the ass
b) not too tough (dont wanna call it easy cos nothing is)

most of the plugs and stuff like that are idiot proof, meaning they will only fit a specific sensor/injector or whatever, one way and on only that one specific sensor

uhh ask me a more specific question and i can probably answer it

I guess that would be the wisest thing to do. Donor car that is. I guess cause I really don't know anything about these cars I'm not too sure what needs to be changed out or what comes with what. A guy that I called at AMP performance told me I needed to change out the Rack and pinion. Do you know why? what the diff would be? Thanx for all the info you've given me so far. I greatly appreciate it.

The rack and pinion may or may not be the same. There is a closer and wider ratio rack that comes with the sport suspension package, if I remember right. It's not a requirement to swap it out.

My recommendation is to sell the 2.3 and buy a 5.0.

Engine
Transmission
Rear End
Radiator
Fan
Brakes
Engine Harness
Computer
Suspension
Exhaust

It's all different between the two. To do the swap right takes time, money, and a whole lotta parts.
