2000 Mustang passenger mirror replacement help!
Hello all,
I was in an unfortunate altercation with a pole today and my passenger power mirror on my 2000 Mustang was the victim. It was sheared off my car and it's hanging by the power cord. How can I remove this mirror and keep the remaining cord in such a state that I can easily replace it? I am not a mechanical genius so anything I can do to minimize the hassle with a replacement mirror is appreciated. If nothing more, what should I do to remove the mirror so I don't look like an idiot driving around with it dangling? Do I simply cut the wire, is does it "plug" into some socket? Thanks in advance! |
