Turbo Coupe?
Today on the way to work I passed a black T-Bird Turbo Coupe. A sharp car which I plan on checking out. I have a couple of questions though:
Is this the same engine/drivetrain used on the Mustang SVO(intercooled)? Or is it the same as the GT Turbo? What kind of HP and Torque does it produce? How much does it weigh, and finnally, what does it 0-60 in? Thanks for any help you could offer. |

It depends on the year and if it is an automatic or 5 spd car.
87-88 5 spd TCs have 190hp. Automatics about 45 horsepower less. The older TCs have less yet but are still well worth fixing up. There is a site called NATO http://www.turbotbird.com You will find a lot of info there. Wes |

Wow, that post was ancient. But thanks for responding!
The car sold long ago, though. |
