Question T-5 tranny swap?!!?

WILL A T-5 FROM A 5.0 FIT AND WORK IN A MUSTANG WITH A 2.3 4 CYLINDER IN IT? THE BELLHOUSING WILL PROBIALLY HAVE TO BE CHANGED BUT IS EVERYTHING ELSE COMPATABLE?

I'm not positive but I know I looked into going from the 4 cylinder to the 8 cylinder with a T-5 and I was told I would have to get a new pilot bearing.

Most 4cyl T5's have a diffent input shaft, I believe it takes a different pilot bearing and is longer than a V8 T5. Hope this helps
