Gas Mileage?

Hello, i just bought a 4cyl mustang lx and i drove 75 city miles then about 100 miles on the highway which brought me to a half of a tank. Then i filled it up which was about 7 gallons which brings me to about 25 miles to the gallon on average. Does this seem right for the motor? ive never owned a 4cly mustang and im just wondering what you guys think. i also noticed at about 55 in 4th it kinda seems like the engine shimmies a little bit and im not sure if thats also a normal thing or if it needs a tuneup. thanks oh, and i was prob driving about 65 on the highway the whole time as well, and shifted at about 3000 rpms. i might have managed to hit 75 a couple of times when i wasnt paying attention but as soon as i noticed i let up a little and went back to 65

hmm, come on, none of you guys have any idea?

you're doing real good to get that average. I think i averaged 19 mpg. I got 27 mpg once on the interstate. A lot of 5.0's get better gas milage than the 2.3 Mustangs
