Post miss in a 93 4 banger

My 93 4 cylinder has a terrible miss and I cant find the source of the problem. The 93's were distributorless and run by just a computer and a pair of electric distribution boxes. There's two sets of spark plugs per cylinder. Ive replaced the plug wires, replaced the distribution boxes, reset the computer, checked the compression and Im still left with a missing motor. Someone please drop me a line if you've had a similar problem or have any suggestions.

Default Miss

Have you checked to see if your timing marks are lined up? Your engine uses a timing belt which can wear out. Sometimes they strectch out and then skip a tooth on the crank pulley. This could cause your miss. Does is backfire? What happens at WOT while driving?

No, the car doesn't backfire. It seems to run semi-smoothly while idling in park but when its put under a load the whole car begins to shake, rattle, and roll. Ive been suspecting the timing chain myself but dont know where the marks are located at. Thanks for your advice.

You have to take the plastic cover off of the front. There are two sprockets behind it. Both of them have arrows on them and I believe they have to be pointing towards each other at TDC #1. Get a manual and double check though.
