Wink ignition and more power

I have a 98 3.8L stang. Plan to put exhaust on soon and the smaller pulley, already have the K&N on there and removed the silencer. In regard to an ignition system, a guy told me Jacobs Electronics makes a good one that might give me 20 more horsepower, anyone heard of them and is this true? Went to their site and haven't recieved a response yet.
Also, any other tips on getting more horse-power out of the V6, its the 150hp (got screwed by the 99 thx!

The Jacobs ignition won't give you 20 more HP as your factory system is more than enough juice for what you need.
