Talking Mustang "Sundowner" - Ever heard of it?

Hi, I have a 2002 3.8 V6 Mustang SRS convertible. It is called a "Sundowner" ever heard of it? I have never seen another "Sundowner" anywhere and can find no information on it . It seems to be an upgrade because it has the leather interior and chrome wheel well accents etc. If you know anything about the "Sundowners" I would love to hear about them. Someone told me it might be a Dealer Special Edition - any idea how I could find out? Thank you.
