Cool Have a turbo/ is it good

I have one the tag says rebuilt for GM. s/n-NKR0537 P/N-10013383 00-00 on the intake housing it has A/R .60 M-10 491AM it is a garret, inturnally gated. It came off a GM intake V - 4 with a 4 barrel carb set up. Can this one be used for my car. Will it be enough? Too much? Any help will be appreciated. This is just the start of the next junk yard set up.
