Default Oil in radiator, but not all the time

I have seen oil in my radiator once in a while but it is not an every day thing. But I have not seen any water in the oil or on the dipstick. So what could be wrong . I have been told it is the head gascet but could it be any thing els?

u have the v6 ? thoes 3.8 are known for bad head gaskets but usally u dont get oil in the radiator unless u have a over head cam...mabey ur trans cooler is leaking in the radiator ....look and see how ur tranny fluid is

how would u check that on a manual tran? Because i know you cant. could it just get in teir over time?

i thought it was an auto trans.....well theres no trans cooler on a manual trans....
