UPDATE!!! Project Fast 4
Update! Last time I posted about the project I was doing my bf had arranged for a guy to come and basically do the swap for us and for payment we gave him a 1986 Honda.......Well the little b**** weasled out of it and we got stuck with the swap.
Its not really that bad, only we do not have alot of time to work on the car. 1-2 days a week maximum. Anyway for those who dont know what I am doing I am swapping a 2.3L turbo with 5speed transsmission into my non-turbo 2.3 notch. As of now we have the engine and tranny completely out of the car. And YES I did do some work on the car myself. I got dirty. Here are some pics as of now. These pics might take some time to load depending on your connection. This is what my car looked like before the work.

Looks like you've got a great start. Great you got your hands dirty, makes you appreciate it much more since you did yourself than paying someone to do it. Suggestion. When you get it all ready for paint. Go all black, keep those wheels with just the polished lip.. STEALTHY...Yeah

Hey looks great.
One thing, DON'T stand in there while the engine is being hoisted! I cringe when I see that.

The engine hoist we were using wouldnt get the engine up any higher so my bf had to jump in there and lift up the tranny.
Wasnt the smartes thing I know but the engine didnt fall untill after it cleared the car. The stupid bolt that held the right leg on came out and down went the engine The engine is alright though. Next week we are starting on the turbocoupe. But due to the lack of time after we bolt the turbo engine in and the driveshaft and all that, we are sending it to a shop to complete it. The car is originally an auto and we are converting it to a 5 speed so the pedals have to be installed too. So hopefully withing the next month she'll be good to go. *crosses fingers*
