to lower?
I was wondering what's the best way to lower my 95 mustang? i have absolutely no idea where to begin.

If you are looking for the right set-up, you will need a set of lowering springs, caster camber plates and off-set rack bushings along with a shorter pinion snubber, like the one offered by BBK, to lower your vehicle correctly.
On my 95, i also added a strut tower brace and polyurethane bushings throughout the whole suspension. The sway bars on our 95's are weak, look at getting the Cobra bars, they are larger and will bolt right up. You could also add lower and upper control arms in the rear and a set of sub frame connectors. That whole combination would give you superb handeling and better launching abbilities. Its what i run on my 95 and i enjoy it. If you need more assistance, let me know.

go with some eibach springs...give ya a good drop, then get all the extra goodies later. Springs are the cheapest part...if you really wanna get it hugging the curves, take Extremestangs advice word for word |

You can always do like this local camero and Heat the springs and compress them. Not only do you get the fun of being lowered but you also get to gamble for when the metal will snap after being heated. For for you and all your friends. Take a money pool for the date it breaks keep yourself a cut and give the winner the rest. Or just go with Eibach

You dont have to replace them, but since you're going to have the suspension apart, why not put better ones in? Bilstien's are the best in my opinion. Very expensive though, so my suggestion is Tokico or KYB. They are much firmer and will compliment the ride characteristics. Not a neccesity, but also good to upgrade are the swaybar End-Links. Because you are changing the geometry of the stock suspension. I will post the links to recommended sites and one about the end-link concern. Very nice suggestions from all the Gents. Check Eibach out as well. They just did a nice work up on the Stangs. Nice article here. http://www.eibach.com/NewsReleases/mustangretunes.pdf They also note that there are other kits that cost more. Just make sure the product (product line) you choose works for your application. Steeda.com is also a good place. They have been working very closely with Ford lately to make quality aftermarket products that replace existing OEM fairly well, with little "chop shopping"...
