Question Under drive Pulleys

I am considering intalling under drive pulleys on my 97 V-6, 3.8 Mustang. Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to install these?

Also what else can I do to enhance performance?

MAC underdrive pullies take 30 mins to install if you are slow. You need to get a new belt though. It took us 45 mins to do it and 30 of it was driving to the store to get the new belt. The imporved mine alot.
