Default 4 cyl bolt pattern vs v6

I need to know if a 5 speed tranny out of a early 90`s fox would bolt up and be useable behind a 3.8 L v-6 out of an 83 stang , ( got the motor and can get the 5 speed car cheap)

83 capri t-top, tubular k-member,tubular control arms, coilovers, 408w, with 225cc pro cnc heads , merkl race shop c-6 trans etc shes coming together
79 burb 15.27`s at 90 mph 6800 pounds no juice do i need to say more

i got both of them but i dont know... bellhousing and input shaft may differ... but would prolly be worth trying out.
