Air Silencer
I've heard that by removing the cardboard in the air silencer, you could realize a few more HP's....How would one do this and are there any problems associated with it.
Thanks |

Cardboard? Are you talking about a n/a 2.3L air silencer? If so, just go to the auto store buy a flexible exaughst pipe and mount it up to the TB (throttle body inlet). Then get an cylindrical or conical air filter that
will fit on the end of the pipe, voila, instant hp, don't worry about the airbox assymbly or a few of the vacuum lines.
