Default The cheapest upgrades

I'm a military man and I don't have money to spend. I would like to do some upgrades to my stang for little to no money. I know it's not real likely. I am looking for suggestions.

I have an 01 Mustang 3.8L. It's already got a K&N Filter. Any way to do a no cost CAI?

I'd also like to get more of a throaty sound to my baby. I've had her for about two weeks. I want some good suggestions.

I'm just looking for a little bump in HP and more throaty sound.

Thanks in advance
